I am currently credentialed with Aetna and will soon be in-network once activation is finalized. I’m also in the process of becoming credentialed with OHP/PacificSource, BlueCross BlueShield, and Providence, and I expect to be in-network with these panels in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, I accept private pay (self-pay) for sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
A superbill is a detailed receipt for therapy services that includes the information insurance carriers require to process an out-of-network claim. Clients typically pay for sessions directly at the time of service, and then—depending on their plan—may be reimbursed a portion of the cost by their insurer.
As my credentialing expands, additional insurance panels will be added to increase accessibility and options for clients.

We are able to do both online or in person, whichever works for you!

Missed Sessions:
Missing two consecutive sessions results in termination of participation.
Cancellation Fee:
A $50 fee is charged per missed session without 24-hour notice.
Procedure:
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
Exceptions:
Emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered.
